These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 8k813 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 8k813.club ("the Platform"). 8k813 operates under the licensing and regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or placing any wager on the 8k813 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Game Rules. • You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. 8k813 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You are not an employee, agent, contractor, director, or officer of 8k813, any of its affiliated companies, or any software provider or service provider associated with the Platform.
• You are not a close relative of any person described in the preceding point.

8k813 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

To access the full range of 8k813's services, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update any information that changes.

• Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 8k813 Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person.
• You must notify 8k813 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 8k813 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Account registration and use are subject to successful Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. 8k813 may request copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the 8k813 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. 8k813 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at 8k813's sole discretion.

• Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) subject to the payment provider's processing times.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on account tier and payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method owned by and registered in the name of the account holder — third-party payments are prohibited.
• 8k813 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds under PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law.
• All deposits must be made exclusively for the purpose of gaming on the 8k813 Platform. Depositing funds for any other purpose is prohibited.

8k813 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 8k813's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k813 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 8k813.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer games, tournaments, or bingo sessions.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) and its amendments, or any other applicable Philippine law.
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversing financial transactions after receiving gaming credits.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose or facilitating third-party wagering on behalf of others.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, self-excluded, or otherwise prohibited from gambling under applicable law.

8k813 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and complies with all PAGCOR requirements relating to player protection. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or escaping personal or financial difficulties.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders through their account settings. Once set, cooling-off periods apply before limits can be increased.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion for periods of one week, one month, three months, or six months.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 8k813.
• All game content provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and others) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to 8k813 for display on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k813, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any losses, damages, or claims arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond 8k813's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or odds displayed on the Platform, including sports data feeds from third-party providers.
• Any actions taken by you based on information or content provided on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 8k813's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

8k813 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct, including fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements issued by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Underage gambling or failure to satisfy age verification requirements.
• A court order or instruction from a law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 8k813 may, at its discretion, forfeit the balance remaining in your account. Where closure is not due to misconduct, any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to you via your registered payment method after deduction of applicable outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding any gaming outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact 8k813 Customer Support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. 8k813 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) calendar days.

• If you are not satisfied with 8k813's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaints procedure.
• 8k813's decision on all gaming outcomes, as determined by certified game logs and server records, is final and binding unless demonstrably affected by a technical error.
• Claims not raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event may be time-barred and will not be considered by 8k813.

8k813 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulations, applicable Philippine law, Platform features, or business operations. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
